Serving students between the ages of 6-18. The program provides students with holistic assistance focusing on academics, health and physical activity, nutrition, character education and building, inter/intrapersonal skills.
Focusing on ages 13-18, the program aims to reduce poverty and help adolescents and teens make wise relationship choices to achieve adult self-sufficiency. It empowers youth with the skills needed to form and maintain healthy relationships, make wise choices, and work toward their goals.
Serving parents with children between the ages of 6-11. The program utilizes the Strengthening Families Program curriculum. Parents will obtain knowledge in setting boundaries, helping to enhance self-esteem for themselves and their families and establishing effective communication with their children and each other.
The initiative is a national movement that emphasizes measurable poverty reduction at its holistic core. Building well-being together rather than well doing for others and building relationships across lines that divide (whether racial, cultural, or economic) are program model/strategy, moving families toward thriving living.
Serving the community with free testing for HIV, sexually transmitted diseases and Hepatitis C. This program seeks to break down the stigmas attached with HIV diagnoses and get participants who test positive into medical care.
